1. I ate way too late last night and ate too much during the day. I even had some red wine last night around midnight to help me sleep. However, I still managed to loose almost half a pound this morning. I think this is mostly due to working so hard in the garden and yard over the last 3 days, including last night.
2. My fasted blood sugar was 101 mg/dL this morning. So, it came down despite my late night activities.
3. My blood pressure was 121/87 @ 91 bpm this morning.
4. Keto level was at a 35 this morning and, once again, it came up to a 43 after coffee and vitamins. Still in and out of ketosis.
5. I have another busy day planned today both inside and out off the house.

351.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 101.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
