It is a big plate :)) I was actually full after this meal. I guess my stomach is getting smaller, 2 months ago I wouldn't get full with twice the amount. Still I dont feel good because I ate a lot of chocolate afterwards.. PMS is hard!

Bemusedmarble isn't awesome how we can eat less and be full? I had to add 1 oz of cheese to my eggs today because the 2oz I added yesterday was too much. :-)

I actually think it's the fat consumption on keto.💁🏻 I ate more grains and rice while I was with my daughter this last week. Still hit my protein and water goals, but came back yesterday and gorged!!🙅🏻I couldn't stop eating straight protein bars and beans and cheese and sleeping! Nothing would fill up my stomach! I went with it, 💁🏻but I was FAR from happy!
