Don't believe everything you think!
This week I am going to write down any negative self-talk that comes to mind...things like, This is too hard. ... and replace it with, This time I will succeed! I will learn to take every thought captive!--(II Corth. 10:5) Sometimes we are our own worst enemy. NOT. ANY. MORE.
As a counter action, I will also look for and write down the positive actions that I take this week, to reinforce the good I am doing for myself. Look for all of them here this week!
POSITIVE: I joined the YMCA for the summer! I love to swim. Getting my swimming gear together this weekend so I can swim in the mornings before work.
POSITIVE: Bringing more and more veggies to work for snacks... and liking it!!
