Well, its coming up on two weeks into this new 'Me' transformation. I need to keep telling myself to stop stepping on the scale everyday, but I have never had a scale as cool as the one I just purchased. I used to never step on the scale but always went by how good my clothes were fitting at that given time. It almost becomes an obsession to see each day what your weight is. Your weight fluctuats each and every day, so I need to mark on the calendar to weigh in only once a week.

I chose to skip my run yesterday as I am part of a bowling league and marked that as my workout for that day, but will be getting right back on the treadmill tonight when I get home from work. I love the fact that I have access to gym equipment at home so I can still get a quality workout in and save money on gym costs and childcare too! My family has just built a new house and I made sure to mark in the plans to have a workout area in our 'living' basement, and my goal is to make sure that by summer that area is ready and set up. But for now, my treadmill is set up down there and I can get a good run in whenever I like.
