lucky enough to make it 's Journal, 25 May 2017

Having a real hard time this past week I've gain two pounds last week ,Dr has put me off my leg for 7 -10 day more. I'm used to walking 10 miles a day and now l just sit on my butt it make me scared that l well keep gaining please does any one have any suggestions to help.

i use to walk all teh time ...when my legs started bothering me i started riding a bike..different workout...an it doesnt bother my legs...might give it a try
