I am eating less than my calorie burning and my carbs fat and protein seem to be in the proper balance yet I am not losing. In fact i have gained 1.8 since my last weigh in. that sucks... I have even started walking at 3m/h on my treadmill. I have poor balance so i can not walk outside fast as I have to hang on.

Help!
