YAHOO!!! Finally met my first goal!!! Took one month and 3 days to lose 15 pounds - I guess that's not too bad. So if I stay on course, taking into account that some months will certainly be slower, I COULD lose 100 pounds by Christmas!! That's a dim light, but by golly, it's there!! I LOVE ATKINS!!!
