Got my eating under control yesterday and starting to today. Went under calorie budget yesterday too. Gonna try to get my carbs under 200 so we will see how that goes. Yesterday's carb count was 222 so I don't see how it could get worse if I watch what I put in my mouth. Here's to keeping on track.
