155.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2012 kcal Fat: 69.57g | Prot: 94.05g | Carb: 247.70g.   Breakfast: Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp), 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) . Lunch: Singles Thin Slices, Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, Yellow Mustard , 98% Fat Free Bologna. Dinner: Italian Sausage, Parmesan Cheese, Spaghetti Sauce with Meat (Canned), Whole Wheat Spaghetti (Cooked). Snacks/Other: Draught, Light String Cheese, 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Pistachios, Strawberries , swiss miss hot cocoa mix marshmallow, Quakes Rice Snacks - Cheddar Cheese. more...
