Tony has just got me a walking stick and rollator from the garage, as I fell earlier. Straight over backwards - wham - banged my leg, bottom, wrist and head. He started by blaming the cat, but he was on a chair nearby - he only ran because I had a glass of water in my hand and he copped for the lot.

Not much harm done. In the Michael Mosley book he talks about high intensive exercise for the 'middle aged' and over. Apparently we should do 2 minutes a week. It will wind up the mitochondria which is what we need. - Fast exercise https://www.fast-exercises.com/. I think I did mine when I fell over.

I'm reading his book "the fast diet"at the moment it makes a lot of sense, I finished his latest book "the blood sugar diet" yesterday which I have given my cousin who has type 2 diabetes. I have been following a LCHF diet that I have mostly enjoyed but this last bit will not shift and I think this IF is more sustainable for me long term. Hope your OK after your fall 👍

I've read the blood sugar one and I've still got the fast diet one to read. I've come to love fasting, I have more energy when I'm fasting than at any other time. I'm okay, thanks, using a walking stick. I've been wobbly for a few days now.

So sorry you went down, and glad you're okay. A stick is good for balance and whacking people that irritate you. Haha!
