Almost 1/4 of the way to my goal weight. I am glad we cook our meals. I don't eat "diet" foods and by controlling exactly what I eat I have lost weight. I don't drink diet soda either. Right now still just watching calories. My wife and I are both losing at the same rate by simply cutting calories. It can be done. Very motivated, having your partner as your weight loss buddy is good. We got fat cooking together, now we are slimming down and still cooking together.
