Well after 11 days of fun and sun in Florida I need to get back on track!! I gained 1 lb over the vacation and am happy because I had no way to weigh and track my foods and had no access to a stationery bike either.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 100.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
