I will have to admit, I am hungry today. I had a protein shake for lunch and a jello sugar free cup with some lite cool whip, but I am still battling the crave. I wish I had some low cal, low carb snacks to eat, but I am going to pass on that because I am planning a delicious dinner. later today I will have another shake to tide me over.
