@ slpearson I do not go under 1500 cal a day and I do not go over 1800-1900 cal a day Monday - Saturday. On Sunday my free day I eat what ever I want. I drink cucumber infuse water no soda. for exercise I walk half a mile 2 days a week. I will be adding weights next week.
