Right now, I'm encouraged. I had started to level out a bit, but had a good drop in weight loss over the last couple of days just by staying focused. The problem is, I need to keep that focus. Last night, I was letting it slip a bit. I probably could have lost more weight over the last 24 hrs if I had planned my afternoon/evening meals better and prep'd myself. Today, because I was hungry I had two salad's instead of the one over lunch. One at the beginning of lunch, and one about an hour and a half later. Lots of fruit happening in my diet as well. The breakfast burrito I had this morning is limiting my intake for the rest of the day, but I did get it without chesse or bacon, which helps. Tonight will be the real struggle. Planning on going with the Spicy Vegetarian Chili, which includes Boca Meat. We'll see how that turns out. If it's not enough, I might make up some more salad for myself.
