I always forget how much I enjoy fruit. unfortunately, lower sugar fruits like blackberries and strawberries are far too expensive for a very low quantity, so oranges and grapes it is.

Go steady on the grapes if you're looking for low sugar fruits. Grapes have almost the highest sugar content per 100 gms of all fruits.

I haven't the freezer space at the moment as five of us live here and share a fridge freezer, will be buying frozen when I move in July and have the space (:

frozen keeps in the fridge for a couple of days, just put it in a dish so it doesnt defrost and soak everything else :)
