Well, sudden change in plans when hubby wanted to go out to dinner. Couldn't add the things to today's food yet (traffic?) but had 2 fried eggs, 4 pieces of med thick bacon, and a cup of green beans, and unsweetened ice tea with lemon. Am tracking my water and hoping some of the little changes will make a difference. :)
