WOW!! I'm a little surprise i maintian...with all the exercising i have been doing...i would think i would have lost...oh well there is always next week...Happy Turkey day everyone!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't forget that all that muscle you're building will weigh heavier than fat - so that could well be a reason. You've done fantastic though and from here I see a 0.2lb loss... might not sound much, but all adds up. Keep up the great work though and Happy Turkey Day to you too! :o)
