I can't believe that I have been stuck at this weight for this long. The only thing different is that I haven't been drinking as much water. I will have to start back drowning myself with water.

Has your weight loss stalled?

You may need to switch things up. Up your protein! "Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results"...I forgot who said it, but it's true. You might try changing up your calories to high and lower days. (1200, 1400, 1500, 1200, etc.) Kick up your exercise plan if you can. Switch up your foods. Google "how to get off a plateau" for ideas to help you.

Thanks Suzi, in fact I have searched for ways to get off a plateau. And, I agree that I'm not getting enough protein. I did step on the scale today - and I'm down a pound. I'm going to take it and hopefully, we'll see some movement again.
