Weigh in tonight....after the weekend I had I am terrified to step on that scale. Ok maybe not TERRIFIED but definitely not looking forward to it!
I may step on backwards and ask the Dr. not tell me the results.

225.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
