I most confesed I feel kinda disappointed, losing only 2 pounds. I think I've tryed my best to keep track of the diet and giving my best at the gym. Oh well, I think I most step up my game then.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, thank you Suzi161, I sticking up more with the diet to see if I can make a difference next time I weight in.
