I hadn't really weighed myself when I put in that original 175...guess it was hopeful thinking! For my exercise, I started Jillians 30 day shred and man, the back of my legs are SORE! This week I'm just eating less and then starting Monday, I plan to go on South Beach and get these 30 lbs off!
