I have got to start tracking calories. It's not even noon and I've eaten 500 calories....and I'm still hungry. I'm drinking water. Going to eat smaller portions more often and try to shrink that tummy up. I need to stay under 1200 calories. I haven't been tracking and now I see all of the little snacks I nibble on are adding up. Grapefruit has 100 calories WHAT????
