Overall, I did great yesterday. Mostly fruits and vegetables with some carbs. Most of the fat I took in yesterday was from the bag of pop corn I had last night. I could have gone with the 50% less fat, Simply Salted light. I'll try to remember that next time. In any case, I lost 2 lbs over the day anyhow. Hopefully, I'm getting the nutrients I need to keep on running. Today, I've got a long, busy day ahead of me. I must remain mindful not to let the day get away from me.
