I started running every other day. Trying to do hot yoga 3 times a week. I know the poundage will come off. Tough week physically with getting back into exercising especially with arthritis even though I know exercise is good for the disease. The arthritis gets worse if I gain too much weight and it hurts when I exercise. I feel better exercising mentally and my clothes will start to fit better again soooooooooon.

142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
