Still holding firm at 236.8lbs! I didn't get in all my steps yesterday nor the day before, so that's probably it. Nor did I get in all my water yesterday. I have learned to have 6 cups of water with breakfast and lunch and then it makes it so much easier to get the remaining in.
Monday was a good day, but came home exhausted and slept 12 hours! Tuesday I had planned on doing yoga, and then ate supper and that was the end of that! Plus the jigsaw puzzle lured me in. ;) Today, I've already gotten in more steps than the past two days and am looking forward to getting in some scheduled workout time in today. :)
