Ewww... weight gone up... too much! I have an excuse.. I know it's not good, but it's a real one ... lol.. My boyfriend's b-day on Saturday.. so I did eat a pizza late at night after a few glasses of wine... did have some cake & some chips... and of course the weight shows all that extra junk! What can I say.. I don't feel sorry, I will just have to workout stronger and stick to it! So... gym tonight!

There is a lot of salt in those foods, so I guess you have a good excuse. With a little effort, you can get it down in a single day. Try not to let it go much further though, or else... ;-)

Oh.. there is no way that my weight is going up... like for a long-term... it can only jump a little and go back down! Work work work!

lol.. Glen.. it's over now... the best is that you are aware that you made a "stupid" mistake! Next time don't host lol.. get out of your place :)) I don't regret it as I said, it happens every now and then... but it's better to keep it less often and under control, we know why! :) A new week has started, so let's restart all this fresh! :)))
