What are those noodles ?? 

They are called Nupasta they are noodles made out of The konjac plant. They are really god one package is like 25 calories and 0 net carbs. They have an almost mr.noodle kind of texture. Really good and great alternative to pasta it curbs my cravings for sure lol  

Where do you buy them or how do you make them?

I'm in Ontario, Canada and you can get them at Metro, independent, and I think Whole foods Market. you just rinse them in cold water to get the package water off and the smell and you can heat them by putting them in boiling water for 1 or 2 minutes or you can put them in a pan for a few minutes. I prefer the pan method and adding sauce for a few minutes to help the noodles soak up the sauce and favour . I seriously LOVE these!! they are 3.99 at Metro but I think it's worth it I usually have half a pack at a time so two meals for 3.99 isn't too bad. they have a Mr. noodle feel lol
