Not a good day today for exercise my knees have been really sore. Hopefully i'll be stronger tomorrow.

Maybe try some upper body exercises.

I didn't really think about upper body exercise, i guess i just assume it doesn't burn alot of calories. Plus was having to use my walking sticks to get around. Does that count lol. Will def give it a try next time. Thanks
