Week 1 of Atkins is behind me. I know it has only been a week, but I have found it very easy to follow. 7 lbs in the first week definately keeps me motivated. The Atkins bars and shakes help a lot as well as recording all of my calories/carbs. I have made it to the gym 6 out of the 7 days which has been great. My brother is the BEST workout partner ever. He is so motivating and pushes to do more when I want to stop.
