Its day 2, and I stayed within my calorie count with some to spare! I am starting to feel better already! My next step now that I have a better idea of what I am allowed to eat during the day in order to lose weight is to get back on my workout regiment. I am a Power 90 gal, and I had really good success with it when I began the program 5 years ago. I started out with the orginal P90 and then was GOING to move into P90X; however, the nicer weather was upon us and I began running 2 miles a day outside. I WILL complete the P90 system THEN move into the P90X regiment. I also have three Power Half Hour DVDs (Stretching, Abs and Thighs) that I can interchange or add to my workout when things start to get boring. The only challenge I forsee is when to fit it into my already hectic schedule. With a newborn and two children involved with sports and other things, its looking as though really early in the morning or late at night it will be. I truely believe that working out needs to be an integral part of ones LIFESTYLE in order to maintain a happy and healthy existence, and that is what I tend to do again now that the baby is here and I can commit to it. Its a one day at a time, one step at a time climp over this mountain that is ahead but I am more determined than ever!! My hiking boots are laced up and my water bottle is full to the brim. BRING IT ON!!!!! :-)
