Today is day one of my 'baby' weight loss. I would like to lose the weight that I have gained with the 3 children that I have had. Before I got pregnant with my first child (11 years ago this past month) I weighed in at a whopping 134 pounds...and I thought I was fat!! I do have some way to go, but thinking back on all the people that I have seen on either TV or met throughout my lifetime, it can be done. I am looking to lose about 40 pounds, but if I can get down to 140-145 pounds I would be doing a 'happy dance'. I just gave birth to my third child this past August, and I currently have ZERO energy or ambition and need to start my regular workout regiments to start getting more energy and feeling better about myself. Not to mention that I do have weight standards that I need to follow for my full time job. Today is day one and I am going to take one day at a time. Its never to late to start!! Good Luck!!!!
