Yesterday, I thought I did very well with all the exercising I did. I walked over 6 miles with my team, then walked over 2 miles while shopping in the mall going from one end to the other. today is a different story - Super Bowl. and I didn't follow the first rule of You - On a Diet . I had something different from breakfast 2 days in a row. I'm not sure if I lost any weight over the last few days. I'll weigh in the morning and cross my fingers and then step it up a little more during the week. It will be hard. I always have trouble sticking to the diet when Art is out of town - I eat at the wrong time and place and always want to eat.
