Boy - I doomed myself yesterday. I knew it would be hard and that I would start the day off very tired. and I did it! I over ate, ate the wrong foods, ate too often and too much. Besides not doing much of anything the rest of the day...yuk! The only 2 good things were I walked 3 miles in the early morning and went to rehearsal. Other than that the day was terrible. So today will have to be much better. I will make my to do list and stick with it beginning with playing tennis with Chelle for an hour. No weigh in today! Too scared to see that it went way up. Disappointing.
