On Monday 6th February I am starting the P90X programme, along with this I am going to follow a nutrition plan which follows the aim of getting the most out of the programme by complimenting the workouts with the correct fuels for the body at the right time and in the correct quantity.
My aim is to follow the programme for the full 90 days and loose as much weight whilst toning all over muscle.
While my aim is to get down to 13stone (with a very low body fat count) it maybe difficult to achive due to muscle mass been heavy.
Well anyway best of luck to me and I will be keeping a diary as I go for both food and excercise.
