Up at 9:15, David has already taken trash. Left to go to get a haircut....no way, she's out of town until next week. Then to IGA, and then to UPS to print name tags, then to computer place to get protective screen cleaned and ordered new tempered glass protector for I pad. They had to so next week will check back. Then to aldi's(just reopened) and got veg. And popcorn. Last stop was to get a drink (diet soda) though a nice frozen cocktail would have hit the spot. Got my w/c in and out of the car a total of 6 times.....never have figured out the calories burned, especially when I have to do it 10 or more times in a day. Spoke to my daughter and then my partner in TOPS this pm and went to the spa and exercised to music on the back patio
