Hopping back into a healthy lifestyle, which I've been working out at the gym, but I miss my Zumba classes and I need to pickup a book camp type class. Going to log my food so I can watch my carbs, 🙄 they are the devil I swear! But hopefully by next month making the small changes will result in a big difference.
