Very busy with work and tending to eat too many snacks when I'm tired, but otherwise going OK. Need to reduce my calorie intake by being more careful (maybe journaling) what I eat after school and after dinner.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.7 lb a week

Journaling is a great way to start losing weight. We don't realize how much we truly intake until we track everything. Just remember to be honest and it will pay out in the end. You have mentioned a few times that you tend to snack more when you are tired. You may want to consider increasing your water intake and reducing your sodium intake. Sometimes fatigue, stress, and overeating are a direct result of dehydration. If you drink soda, remove that from the diet completely. Hot tea is an excellent substitute and much healthier. Of course, always give your body time to adjust. Don't give up. Best luck on your first 5k.
