I have been walking a min of 2 miles per day for 2 weeks now. And it feels great, although my body has not changed much but it's still worth it. I am also taking up Tonalin CLA for 2 weeks now as well, plus a daily intakes of whole psyllium husk with soy milk. So far I don't feel hungry, I mean the kind of hungry that your stomach gets acidic or something. It feels great not to feel hungry. I only eat rice after work (I work night shift).
I want to be healthier. i want to do more. hope my efforts wont fail me.
