Sometimes you are down and sometimes you are up. I had 9 cups of water to drink after 9pm last night. Poor planning on my part, right??? I am positive the weight gain was due to water weight and not really worried about it. Starting exercise earlier today as well. Already knocked out 6 cups of water and now starting on 2 more hot cups of water with an added cinnamon stick. :)

Baked boneless thighs in Tomato sauce and topped with shredded mozzarella cheese. Hoping that will tide us over a few days -- tiring of veggie burgers! Also need to make another quiche and another batch of flourless chocolate muffins! And already treated myself to 24 dark chocolate semi-sweet morsels in place of a carb!

It's going to be a productive day!!!
