2010.02.06

This morning woke up feeling bloated, and yucky!!! Period time, yuck! After being up a couple times through the night, managed to sleep in till 8 am. Got ready, and went to my weekly meeting. Ended up losing 2 lbs this week - yeah!!!!! It's nice having a two week loss after gaining after the first week. Finally heading in the right direction. It is definately hard work.

This week I plan to work on making better choices eating, including adding more protein. Will add strength training along with my cardio. Plan to do a Sprint 8 workout prior to the strength training dvd. Also, have two walks planned throughout the week.

Hope that my energy starts to improve as I lose, and get more exercise. If it does not improve over the next month I will need to make an appointment with my doctor, to check things out.

Today, haven't done any real exercise, so, today will be day off, back on the exercise routine tomorrow.

Have been making fairly good choices eating today, including when I was out at the mall.
