Down with another migraine headache, ugh!!!!! Needless to say I have yet to do any exercise today. Have been watching what I'm eating though. Going back to lay down and try and get rid of this stupid headache. It's a real pain, and the worse part is it affects me in not allowing me to do what I want to when I want to. Grrrr.
