Good morning buddies!
I got some good sleep last night, thankfully. I was up at 4:15am and did a quick kettle bell workout. This evening, I will try my new workout DVD, Ace HIIT with Chris Freytag. I'm pretty excited about it, and love all of her DVD's so far :)
I'm eating light again today with lots of kiwi and apple. We have an art meeting tonight, so I will make sure to grab something healthy at home beforehand so that I won't be tempted to snack on the finger foods.
I'm really hoping to do a lot of toning so that I can fit into some of the clothes I have with tags still on! LOL
