Good morning buddies! I just really do not like Mondays, especially since I had trouble sleeping last night. I'm struggling to stay awake at my desk, lol. I've brought healthy fooda to work for lunch and snacks, and am trying to improve my water intake. Today, I'm using my balance ball chair at the office, and will do a cardio DVD when I get home. Have a great day Morning snack..2 kiwi and Izze mandarin lime sparkling water.

Looks great! Thanks for the positive post. Although I agree with Schmetterlinge34. Cut the kiwis across and use a spoon to scoop out flesh. :) What cardio DVD do you use?

I've never had issue with my kiwi cut the way I do, and I use a spoon to scoop :) But thanks for the advice. @Schmetterlinge34, I use Prevention Magazine's 2 Week Turnaround DVD by Chris Freytag. I also love her Kickstart Your Metabolism DVD.
