Okay, it's almost 2 am, and I'm starting to get tired. I haven't really been on the computer as much lately, just taking a break. I'm still holding steady on the weight and the cold I've had for over a week it seems like, I've been sleeping too late and trying to get the house cleaned for my company next week, I know you ladies know what I'm talking about.. I did do some exercises yesterday, first time in a week.. I tried the Billy Blanks basic training, what a but kicker, ouch, I couldn't do the whole thing, thank goodness I did 15 min on the treadmill first. I do plan on giving it another try this morning, if I can get myself to go to bed so I can get up at a decent hour, that's the problem with working shift work, we're up while everyone else is sleeping.
Anyway, just thought I'd check in and let everyone know I'm still here, doing good, haven't gained any. I think once I get the exercising going again the numbers will start dropping again. I'm ready for my chart to go down =D

Good Luck on the Exercise!! I KNOW what you're talking about!! I've been busting my butt around here trying to clean every little thing... keep going over to make sure I didn't miss a pc. of dust, LOL... Now Now, I don't want my sis-in-laws allergies to mess up again b/c I didn't get all the dust out!! hee hee hee... I should smack her upside the head w/ a broom, =D .. I won't though, God wouldn't like that now would he?!!?
