been under alot stress. still exercising 4 days. some days only 20 min other 30. but I'm still trying. I tell myself it keeps my sanity lol so if I gain back a pound prob because I'm eating better. my anxiety level been so high from stress it's hard to eat much. hopefully soon this passes..seems like lately it's always something being added that increase my stress. today I feel more energetic and I'm pumping out my dumbell weights today and getting it on relieve some of this damn stress u know!
127.4 lb Lost so far: 56.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week

Sorry a lot going on. But thank you! I'm still exercising mostly 4 days a week. Can't wait till I start tightening up. I lost alot . And I like feeling strong😊

Really good advice i heard one time that I like to remember is "exercise is not for weight loss; it is for stress relief. Woo hoo! It make me want to go for a walk or do something active when I feel stressed. And it works! Another one is "you cannot exercise your way out of a crappy diet." Keeps me honest...most of the time!

Oh ya some of my best workouts are when I have a stressed day! I still watch what I eat too. Worthless to exercise if u are not eating right
