DAY 252...Looking like we may get there . I feel fine , but I do not think I am losing much . Even if I can change my mindset towards food . That will be s bonus on its own. .

Changing the mindset towards food IS the main goal to reach, improved health, weight and body changes are the bonuses and of course improved health is the main reason and benefit of changing our mindset.
