had a bad week for the diet. at least i got my weight down to last weeks weight. need to pick it this week and my goal is 6 lbs this week.
291.7 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lift your head up and realize like I did, I didn't put it on over night so why sould I think that it's going to go away over night. You might have some ups and downs just thry to have more downs than ups (weight).

I agree about keeping your head up. I weighed 399.4 on 11-04-2009 and today, I am down to 349.1! I came back from CHP's two-week commercial enforcement course last summer and said I had to do something to get back on track. I am going back up to Sacramento for their SFST instructor course in May 2010, I and I want to be close to or below 325. Do you track your daily calories? Mike - www.IamDoneGainingWeight.com
