It's been a while since I have logged. For the 2011 year I was not worried about losing weight, i was worried about hitting the weights and pushing as much as possible. I hit most of my goals for the year. So me and my co workers/work out partners decided to get are body fat % done at the gym and start cutting down. I could not beleive what the guy told me, approx. 45%. I totally disagree with that number, from all the other methods i was approx. 30%. But I took it as a smack in the face and going to run with it. So its been a little more than a week and I'm down approx. 8+ lbs. I'm doing the circuit training with kettle balls, ropes, and ect and stopped the weight training. I'll give it 5 weeks till i get my BF% done again, will see.
