Day 4 and down 6.5 pounds, so excited and proud!!!!
The struggles are there, with God's help I am able to resist the cookies, brownies and other chocolates coworkers are so graciously bring into work.
I am realizing that I was probably eating 2 to 3 times the amount of my RDI. I have never been very good at sticking with the journaling of my food intake and usually give up after a couple of weeks, but it is SOOOOO important and I must continue to grow.
God is good.
